Celso Silva Dos Santos, hailing from Brazil, embarked on his lifelong soccer journey at a remarkably young age, signing a professional contract when he was just 14 years old. He spent eight years playing professionally in Brazil, followed by four years in Belgium, and a final season in India, showcasing his exceptional skills on the international stage. After a rewarding career in the field, Celso made the inspiring decision to pass on his wealth of knowledge and experience to the next generation of soccer enthusiasts.

Upon arriving in Utah six years ago, Celso's coaching journey continued. He dedicated his expertise to shaping young soccer talents, coaching players ranging from U8 to U18 at renowned clubs such as Juventus Futebol Clube, Corinthians Paulista, and Santos Futebol Clube in Brazil. In Utah, Celso's coaching career has thrived, with stints at Utah FC, La Roca FC, and the Utah Olympic Development Program (ODP). He imparts his wisdom and trains young athletes at the highest level, leading his teams to numerous state cup championships, regional tournament victories, and premier-level league triumphs.

For the past two years, Celso has been the driving force behind Coach Celso’s Academy, where he instills fundamental soccer skills and concepts in children aged four to eight. His passion lies in nurturing young talent, preparing them for both soccer excellence and life, all while making the learning process enjoyable through technical skill development and a focus on winning.

Even today, Celso continues to indulge in the sport he loves, actively participating in a Futsal soccer team. His leadership has led the team to an impressive five consecutive national championships.
